相信這支不用多介紹，Sigma E30 Pencil Brush 是最多用途、最高人氣的眼妝小掃，亦是化煙熏妝 (Smokey Eye) 必備的小工具。Sigma E30 Pencil Brush 的刷頭像鉛筆般尖細，因而得名。Sigma E30 Pencil Brush 可用作軟化眼線邊位、於小範圍內掃上眼影、推鬆眼影、準確地塑造眼形、或在內眼角位置點光影粉等等。Mrs. Rivers 認為，如果只可以揀兩支眼影掃，Sigma E30 Pencil Brush 和 Sigma E65 Small Angle Brush (小鈄角掃) 是必然之選。
